Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item
  • The product is *unused, unwashed*, and in its original packaging
  • You raise a return request within *7 days of delivery

Products *not eligible for return*:

  • Items used or tampered with
  • Personal care or hygiene products (unless damaged/defective)
  • Products marked as *"non-returnable"* on the product page

We will arrange a *reverse pickup* in most serviceable areas. In some cases, we may ask you to ship the item back.

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within *7–10 working days*
  • * Refund will be issued to the *original payment method* (for prepaid orders)
  • For *Cash on Delivery* (COD) orders, refund will be issued to your *bank account or UPI ID* (you’ll be asked to provide details)

Exchange Option

  • Keep the original packaging and invoice ready for smooth processing.
  • * If the return is due to personal dislike (not product fault), *shipping charges may be deducted* from the refund.
