Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item
- The product is *unused, unwashed*, and in its original packaging
- You raise a return request within *7 days of delivery
Products *not eligible for return*:
- Items used or tampered with
- Personal care or hygiene products (unless damaged/defective)
- Products marked as *"non-returnable"* on the product page

We will arrange a *reverse pickup* in most serviceable areas. In some cases, we may ask you to ship the item back.
Refund Policy
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within *7–10 working days*
- * Refund will be issued to the *original payment method* (for prepaid orders)
- For *Cash on Delivery* (COD) orders, refund will be issued to your *bank account or UPI ID* (you’ll be asked to provide details)
Exchange Option
- Keep the original packaging and invoice ready for smooth processing.
- * If the return is due to personal dislike (not product fault), *shipping charges may be deducted* from the refund.
